Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive trainee to support our administrative team. This position offers valuable exposure to office management, coordination, and communication within a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
- Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in scheduling, logistics, and report preparation.
- Facilitate smooth internal communication and workflow.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (students are welcome to apply).
