Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, optimize and develop new manufacturing processes, conduct trials and experiments to validate process parameters.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering team to transition new products from development to commercial production.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement quality control measures.
- Investigate and resolve process-related issues, develop corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure safety compliance.
- Provide training to production teams on new processes and equipment.
- Work closely with supply chain to assess material quality and availability.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in cosmetology/chemistry/food technology/industrial engineering.
- 5–10 years’ experience in manufacturing and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.
