Job Summary

The Safety Officer will lead the establishment of the Safety Unit, manage PPE procurement/distribution, ensure compliance, and participate in tender processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Safety Unit department.
• Develop policies/procedures for safety operations.
• Oversee PPE procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Identify and track PPE/safety tender opportunities.
• Conduct staff/client trainings on safety protocols.
• Build stakeholder relationships and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in safety operations and PPE management.
• Strong knowledge of PPE standards and regulations.
• Leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and close deals.
