Customer Service Officer (CSO) – Logistics Operations Implant (Fresher Diploma Jobs)

Job Summary

Be the bridge between AGL and our clients! As a CSO- Logistics Operations Implant, you will be embedded at the client’s premises, coordinating day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across air, sea, customs clearance, and import/export transport activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations: truck dispatch, shipment tracking, offloading, delivery note follow-ups, and documentation handling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for logistics communication between AGL and the client.
  • Monitor shipment locations and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of import/export documentation and customs clearance.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies across AGL and client logistics processes.
  • Analyze logistics data and generate performance reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Support volume growth through proactive customer service and operational excellence.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and collections.
  • Escalate issues promptly and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal AGL teams (transport, warehousing, finance, air freight, export, imports, declarations).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations or customer service within freight forwarding or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of air, sea, and transit transport logistics, including customs clearance.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in SPOT (TMS), Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Customer-centric mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong management skills.
