Key Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling company Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and Quality Procedures.
- Witness and monitor site welding activities, inspection, and tests per approved plans.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Verify PTW (permit to work) and safety procedure implementation.
- Conduct quality inspections and report daily welding activities.
- Ensure welders follow updated codes, standards, and specifications.
- Interface professionally with Quality Manager, engineers, and inspectors.
- Oversee mechanical equipment, piping, structure, and welding inspections.
- Review material certificates and ensure equipment calibration.
- Participate in material receiving inspections and quality meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trained qualifications.
- 5+ years in oil & gas construction projects.
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and TOTAL E&P specifications.
- Proficiency in Oil & Gas Industry International Codes and Standards.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
