Job Summary
Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting an experienced Sales Supervisor for our client in the telecom sector. This role involves leading and managing a team, improving performance, coaching staff, supporting recruitment, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Assign territories, monitor field activities, and ensure market coverage.
- Track and report team performance, providing feedback and improvement plans.
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Support lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
- Resolve customer escalations and manage complex negotiations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share market, customer, and competitor insights.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of sales experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive team performance, meet sales targets, and manage KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage field teams effectively.
- Knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
- Skilled in reporting, sales data analysis, and providing actionable insights.
- Customer-focused, able to handle escalations and maintain high service standards.
- Flexible to travel and support field operations as needed.
