Position: ICT Officer
Key Qualification: Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities: System maintenance, troubleshooting, user support
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure network security and data backup procedures
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Train staff on new technologies and software applications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in ICT support role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware
- Certifications in CCNA, Microsoft, or other relevant IT certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
