Job Summary

NOON HOTEL APARTMENT is seeking to recruit dynamic, pro-active and highly qualified personnel for multiple key positions in its establishment. Are you passionate about hospitality and are looking to enhance your career?

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team and maintain quality service
• Control costs and monitor hygiene compliance
• Co-ordinate with the kitchen and restaurant teams
• Scheduling and handling of staff shifts/rotas
• Any other duty assigned by management in line with the job role

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field/degree
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Computer competency with good understanding of MS Office
• Strong leadership, Communication and problem-solving skills
