Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist & Reservations Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing bookings, handling trip reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest experience begins smoothly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients at the office and via phone/email.
- Manage trip reservations and bookings efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries about tours, packages, and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Coordinate with operations and tour guides to ensure seamless service.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reception, customer service, or reservations, preferably in the tourism sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, email).
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
