Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate controls over pre/post-credit risks by verifying documents and monitoring facilities, warehouses & inventory.
  • Conduct periodic client visits/spot checks to review operations and report structural weaknesses.
  • Process credit applications efficiently per SLAs and Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Develop credit operational risk management capabilities.
  • Review draft Letters of Offer (LOO) for structured credit facilities before collateral release.
  • Maintain relationships with Branches, Business Units (PPB, BCB, CIB), and credit evaluation teams.
  • Drive effective people management & administration practices.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • First Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, or any business-related field.
  • Certification in credit, risk, or business-related field is an added advantage.
  • 5+ years in credit assessment and decisioning with deep knowledge of banking products.
  • 2+ years of banking operations experience with understanding of policies & regulatory requirements.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and risk management skills.
  • Experience managing dynamic teams.
  • Understanding of lending legalities and collateral.
