Founded in 2016 in Kampala, Uganda, Sido Digital Print Solutions caters to businesses of all sizes with a wide array of printing services. We offer essential commercial prints, such as business cards, brochures, flyers, and business profiles among others.
Job Summary
The Marketing Representative will be responsible for sourcing new clients, engaging with existing customers, and promoting the company’s branding and printing services. This is a results-driven role requiring strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through field marketing, networking, and digital platforms
- Promote and present our branding and printing solutions to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Manage client communications and follow up on inquiries and quotations
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and content for digital platforms
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with branding and printing services is a plus (training provided)
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage
