Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in digital sales and achieve revenue targets for allocated product categories.
  • Manage online sales and service activities across digital channels (SEO, traffic, content, sales processes).
  • Oversee financial/non-financial eCommerce objectives aligned with strategic value drivers.
  • Optimize digital sales processes (search-to-conversion rates) for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform digital sales plans.
  • Monitor eCommerce metrics (sales, retention) and propose corrective actions.
  • Develop business cases promoting digital sales, including cost-benefit trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to understand demand generation and conversion behaviors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • First Degree in Business Commerce or related field from a recognized institution.
  • 5-7 years’ experience selling/promoting digital banking products.
  • Marketing experience designing campaigns and eCommerce value propositions.
  • Change management expertise in digital banking/technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of open banking and platform integration.
