Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of motorbikes by building strong relationships with customers, dealers and distributers. You will actively engage with potential customers, promote our range of motorbikes and ensure a seamless sales process from inquiry to purchase.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To make sales for both commercial and fleet Honda sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target- 12 units per month.
  • Make demonstrations and do test rides by providing in-depth product knowledge to customers, highlighting features, specifications and advantages.
  • Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers, ensuring high engagement within the assigned area.
  • Submit detailed and accurate reports and performance analysis to your supervisor.
  • Actively identify and approach potential customers, promoting the company’s range of bikes.
  • Actively promote the company’s brand and products at promotional events, campaigns and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research on competitor products, prices, and sales strategies to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales customer service, addressing concerns promptly and always relay customer feedback to the teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • A Degree in sales, marketing, business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Valid driving/riding license (added advantage).
