Job Summary
We are searching for competent professionals to assign to our client to work on the Tilenga Project.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Define drilling and well operations targets for durations and budget, in collaboration with Engineering and Operations, at the level of operational sequences and of the drilling campaign.
- Report achieved performance on cost and duration. Regularly spend time on site to understand the operations performed, their constraints, the needs of the operational team and the efficiency of the work performed.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading exercises, on site and in town, to identify lost time and opportunities to reduce it.
- Participate in management of the tubulars supply contract (forecasting consumption, monitoring stock level and average unit cost, budgeting future expenditure and reporting on actual expenditure)
- Collaborate with Drilling & Wells stakeholders (engineering, operations, management) to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist other team members in non-operational tasks with a strong management focus (budget, campaign calendar, fields operated by others)
- Be a focal point for digital solutions in the department. Maintain and develop the PowerBI displays used to report on operational, safety and QA/QC performance. Educate other team members on digital capabilities and best practices.
- Design and build Digital tools using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Custom Connectors.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s-level education and/or Drilling Academy training
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data processing and management
- Expertise in database development and management with experience connecting to SAP
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ownership of tasks, responsibility for the outcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in an industrial performance measurement and improvement role
- Lean Management training
- Drilling and Wells operations or engineering experience
- Experience working with PowerBI and developing PowerBI visualizations
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Custom Connector development.
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and connectors.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL600) certification is highly valued. If held, the certificate must be submitted along with the CV.
- Experience with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies
