Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading and directing the marketing department, including digital marketing, advertising, communications, and creative teams.
• Developing marketing strategies, allocating resources, and setting short-term and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets as agreed with the CEO.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, media outlets, and industry influencers.
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow and retention.
• Help to implement processes, procedures, and tools to maximize productivity and performance of sales and marketing functions.
• Develop and implement brand strategies & oversee integrated marketing strategy, including innovative campaigns and digital marketing.
• Conduct Market Research to understand competition, opportunities, and customers.
• Achieve at least 600 qualified sales leads per month.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
• 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably with big agencies or established brands (real estate, luxury, FMCG, banking, telecom, lifestyle).
• Proven track record in high-paced marketing environments with measurable results.
• Experience leading marketing campaigns for premium or luxury products/services is a strong advantage.
