Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
- Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Document Preparation: Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software and summarize data for reports.
- Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact for resolving queries and complaints.
- Financial Advice: Conduct comprehensive financial planning for complex client situations.
- Sales: Deliver routine sales support services.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards, seeking authorization for exceptions.
- Personal Capability Building: Participate in training and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing (Required).
- Skills: Accounting, Data Analysis, Sales Software, Professional Presentation, Numerical Aptitude, and more.
