Job Summary

ASPIRE ONE LTD is looking for a Pro-active, Trust-worthy, Hardworking, and Qualified Candidate to join the Company in the position of an HR manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

• Partner with management to ensure a seamless adaptation and implementation of human resource transformation and a change management plan.
• Be an active member of the senior management team, leading on change and HR management.

Recruiting and Staffing

• Develop and implement specific strategies in recruitment, employment contracts, learning, remuneration, and training.

Training and Development

• Select, train, motivate and evaluate personnel performance.
• Introduce training for staff in goal-setting using SMART methodology.
• Develop annual revisions of employee contracts and participate in salary surveys.

Policy Administration and Employee Relations

• Provide policy interpretation support and help maintain a positive company culture.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Degree in HRM Management.
• At least 2-3 Years’ Experience in a busy Organization.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Computer literate with command of Microsoft Office.
• Postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
