Job Summary: Lead branch operations, drive B2B/B2C growth, and manage teams for Lapaire's Optical Centers.
Key Requirement: 3–5 years in retail/branch management with sales growth expertise.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business or related field.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Growth
- Identify and execute new revenue opportunities (B2C and B2B) for the branch.
- Build and nurture external partnerships (referrals, collaborations with other businesses and brands, etc.)
- Analyse market and branch performance trends, and propose new strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR on campaigns and represent the branch in networking and promotional events.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Oversight & Leadership
- Oversee junior BM’s handling of stock/inventory & finance management.
- Train, mentor, and coach the sales team to boost performance.
- Ensure the branch delivers on sales, customer satisfaction (NPS), and financial targets.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and safe branch environment aligned with Lapaire standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in business, retail, or branch management.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing teams, and implementing performance-boosting strategies.
- Strong background in customer service and business operations.
- Proficient in financial reporting, data analysis, and tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
