- Manage and build relationships with external agency partners, brand team, innovation and finance teams

- Demonstrate deep curiosity about consumers, shoppers, brands, and markets
- Harness culture through innovative and rigorous planning
- Serve as an industry thought leader and objective collaborator
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in research/planning with strategic brand planning expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven ability in quantitative analysis and cross-functional influence
- Experience in multi-market, complex environments
- Strong consumer/shopper insight application for brand growth
