Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and master the CPY OPERCOM system, implement piping system Pre-commissioning activities according to its requirements.
- Develop detailed Piping Test Package and leak Test package based on project requirements and design specifications, including test media, pressure, values, and test duration.
- Select appropriate leak testing equipment, such as pressure pumps, pressure gauges, and valves, manifold and ensure the equipment meets requirement.
- Inspect/Supervise hydro/leak testing on piping system according to the test procedure and record all data during the testing process at site.
- Analyze test data and prepare test reports to ensure all data complies with design specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues encountered during the testing process to ensure the safety and reliability of the pipeline system.
- Ensure effective implementation of safety measures during the testing process to prevent any safety incidents.
- Preparing relevant dossiers for piping testing, such procedure, method statement.
- Timely and effective communication with Company, and other parties.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial construction projects, preferably in high pressure strength test and/or leak test.
- Proficient in Office Software, CAD, Navisworks (preference).
- Fluently read, write and speak the English Language.
- Other Certifications will be a plus.
